Raghurama Kote, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Opteamix LLC, a next-generation technology services company that specializes in building Global Capability Centers (GCC) and driving digital transformation. With a mission to optimize outsourcing by helping businesses build and operate their centers, modernizing the technological landscape, and solving critical business problems, Kote steers the strategic direction, oversees operations, and ensures the financial health and growth of Opteamix.

Kote holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Malnad College, Mysore University, India. He has a diverse professional history, having been with Opteamix since its inception in 2012. Initially serving as Chief Operating Officer until February 2024, Kote was instrumental in driving the company’s sustainable growth and implementing operational and administrative procedures. Under his leadership, Opteamix was listed on Inc. 500’s list of fastest-growing private companies in the US in 2016 and has received multiple accolades for its HR practices and corporate social responsibility initiatives. As the COO of Opteamix, he was responsible for overseeing the successful transition of a large Global Capability Center under a Build-Operate-Transfer model for a very large Health and Human Services client headquartered in the USA.

Since becoming CEO in March 2024, Kote has continued to champion the principle of “Simplifying Success.” He believes that a happy workplace is crucial for achieving client satisfaction and is committed to fostering a work culture embedded with purpose and values. His servant leadership philosophy prioritizes respect for individuals, integrity in client service, and the fostering of personal growth and community building.

In addition to his role at Opteamix, Kote is the Founder and Managing Trustee of Right To Live, a not-for-profit foundation focused on transforming lives through quality education and health. Founded in 2011, Right To Live partners with corporations, donors, philanthropists, volunteers, not-for-profits, governments, and service providers to bring positive change to underprivileged communities. The foundation ensures that 100% of donations are utilized for their intended purposes, with zero administrative cost deductions. Right To Live’s programs include smart classrooms, eLearning, scholarships, laptop donations, and much more to enhance the lives of the underprivileged.
