Raghurama Kote is the CEO of Opteamix LLC, a technology services company specializing in Global Capability Centers and digital transformation. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Malnad College, Mysore University, India. Since joining Opteamix at its inception in 2012, Kote has been instrumental in driving the company’s sustainable growth and implementing operational procedures. As Chief Operating Officer until February 2024, he oversaw Opteamix’s inclusion in the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in the US and managed successful transitions for large clients.
Becoming CEO in March 2024, Kote continues to steer the strategic direction of Opteamix, fostering a workplace culture embedded with purpose and values. His leadership emphasizes client satisfaction, employee growth, and maintaining the financial health of the company. Kote is also the Founder and Managing Trustee of Right To Live, a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to transforming lives through quality education and health for underprivileged communities.
